Access City Awards

Client: The European Union

We were commissioned to design and implement an international marketing campaign for the 2019 Access City Awards. This award is an annual competition organised by the European Commission and the European Disability Forum that recognises a cities willingness, ability and efforts to promote equal opportunity for disabled people across the EU.

The campaign required us to produce a range of creative outputs including, brochures, webpages and an email marketing campaign to be implemented across Europe in 24 languages, promoting and raising awareness for the awards.

The main channel for the campaign was a targeted personalised emails, informing the user of the awards, benefits and the information surround application. This then linked through to a personal webpage based on their own personal data. Produced in their native language, their personalised webpage contained further information on processes and in-depth resources such as the downloadable brochure, videos and previous winner and runner-up stories with clear ‘call-to-actions’ for registration used to help drive engagement.
